Home School Show (April, 2007)

The family was on the front page of the Sun Gazette for the booth we ran at the Midwest Parent Educators Conference. Everyone helped with planning and setting up the booth, as well as working at the show. It was intended to be an educational entrepreneurial experience for the boys. As it ends up, we lost a HUGE amount of money doing this show--further adding to the educational benefit!

Interestingly, the article got quite a few things wrong, including calling Ezra "Benji" in the above caption.

Here, the paper calls Caleb "Toby"

This is a picture of the booth. We used an ancient booth that we found in the basement of the dental lab, and updated it a bit. It is still probably safe to say that we had the oldest backdrop on the floor!
